I had an amazing experience getting my veneers done. Dr Han and her assistant were very professional and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I absolutely love my new smile, my veneers look so natural and I’ve been receiving so many compliments. I’ve had no sensitivity at all which made the experience even better. 🛑 UPDATE (almost 3 days later): Unfortunately, I need to update my experience. Just three days after the cleaning, one of my veneers cracked — something that had never happened before. Now I feel strange pressure and discomfort around the other veneers as well, almost like they’re not secure. It’s difficult to describe, but I no longer feel confident in the condition of my smile. Looking back, the cleaning felt a bit rushed and not very precise, especially for someone with cosmetic dental work like veneers. While the staff was kind, this issue has left me anxious, disappointed, and now facing a costly repair. I’m keeping the original review below to show my initial impression, but I personally would not recommend this clinic for patients with veneers or other delicate dental work, unless extra caution is requested and confirmed. From the moment I stepped in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. They offered me coffee and kindly explained other services available at the clinic — even though I came just for teeth cleaning, the atmosphere made me feel truly cared for. I have German E.max veneers (Hollywood Smile), and I hadn’t done a proper cleaning in about a year. Over time, daily coffee, dark teas, and certain foods began to dull the brightness of my smile. I came in hoping to restore the freshness of my veneers, wake up my gums, and enhance my overall oral health and confidence. As someone who’s naturally very sensitive (and honestly a little scared of dentists), I deeply appreciated the supportive and calming environment. The staff engaged me in short, friendly conversations that truly helped ease my anxiety before the procedure began. After the cleaning, I did experience some bleeding, itching, and mild discomfort, which worried me at first. I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes after the procedure, and the team kindly took the time to explain everything to me in detail. It turns out, even though I had done two soft cleanings before, this was actually my first real deep cleaning — and that level of sensitivity and gum reaction was completely normal, especially with veneers that hadn’t been cleaned deeply for two years. Now, 24 hours later: ✅ No pain ✅ No itching ✅ No food stuck between my teeth ✅ Just slight gum bleeding while brushing — which is already reducing And most importantly: My smile is clean, fresh, and radiant again. I feel so much more confident. 🌟 I have my own little personal trick to help with sensitivity afterward — and it worked well for me (happy to share privately if anyone’s curious). If you’ve been hesitating to get your teeth professionally cleaned — especially with veneers or sensitivity — I truly recommend Dr. Han Dental Lounge. What I can say, I came after a year since I did my veneers with doctor Han. Just to check and clean it. My veneers looks brand new still. Of course I take care of my teeth as the doctor advise me, but I cannot forget to say how she did it perfectly and exactly how I dreamed. For sure was the best investment that I did for my self.
