However, the entire visit lasted barely 3 minutes if I’m being generous. The nurse measured my baby’s height and weight, and then Dr. Haitham gave an immediate diagnosis with minimal interaction. It felt incredibly rushed and I had to prompt him to even discuss basic things like whether my baby’s measurements were normal or what the next steps should be. As a parent and patient, I expected more care and attention at the very least, a proper explanation and a sense that he was invested in the consultation. Instead, he seemed to wrap it up and leave right after seeing my baby. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience given the high reviews .
