I don’t even know where to begin with this review because my experience has been so exceptional. Over the past five months, I’ve had two very different surgical experiences with Dr Frank. The first was a planned procedure, where the care, professionalism, and results were outstanding from start to finish. I felt completely reassured and confident throughout. More recently, I faced something far more serious — skin cancer on my face that required urgent surgery and complex reconstruction. This was, understandably, a much more emotional and challenging experience, but I felt completely safe in his hands. His expertise is truly remarkable, and the care and precision he showed in reconstructing my face has been nothing short of phenomenal. What has stood out just as much as his skill is his kindness, compassion, and integrity. He has gone above and beyond in my care, and I continue to feel fully supported. He is not only an exceptionally talented surgeon, but also a genuinely kind and understanding person. His team at the clinic are equally wonderful — professional, warm, and supportive throughout. I was first recommended to him by a friend, and then saw his name come up repeatedly in a Facebook group — now I completely understand why.
