Please allow Dr Charles Bain to help you - he is amazing! I recently saw him for a cyst excision on my lower neck/upper back (previously botched by a couple of other doctors) and from the start, his calm, kind manner and way of explaining things really put me at ease. He managed my expectations, gave me all options and let me feel in control of the decision making (unlike many other doctors here in Dubai). His surgical skills have proved excellent and I have been left with a very neat scar and a completely removed cyst, where before others had failed. He really is good! Thank you Dr Charles, for your wonderful service! I will not hesitate to use you again or recommend you to others. **Also, his nurse, Kiruba, is wonderful too! Thanks again.**

From my incredibly nervous intial appointment and thoughout the whole of my treatment Dr. Charles was truly amazing and made me feel so at ease. He explained his plan for my procedure in such incredible detail and along the way he reassured me, all the time asking if I had any questions. Dr.Charles Bain truly is and incredible surgeon who really cares about his patients. If I could give him more than 5 stars I truly would, I also need to mention the wonderful Kiruba, who is Dr. Charles' nurse, her caring natural way is simply amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Dr.Charles, I will be forever grateful for what you did for me.
I arrived in Dubai from UK a week ago with a sore thumb👍 it soon turned sceptic and Dr Charles saw me immediately at Park View Clinic. Dr Charles went above and beyond to anaesthetise the thumb and treat and drain the abscess which was close to being very very nasty indeed …I was in excruciating pain but thankfully I was in such wonderful hands .. . Dr Charles filled me with confidence and reassured me all would be well , my Thumb would recover and he was so right - thanks to his marvellous care. A week on and my third visit to the wound clinic today and am relieved to say I am on the mend ❤️‍🩹 Dr Charles is a credit to the medical profession and I personally cannot Recommend him more highly 👏
An absolute pleasure to know Dr Charles and have been lucky enough to have his incredible support and care during my recent surgery. Dr Charles is extremely passionate about obtaining the best results and providing an exceptional level of care; we spent ample time/appointments discussing alternative options, all elements of the procedure, recovery and proper aftercare. I went into surgery feeling very well informed and looked after. I believe Dr Charles goes the extra mile: contacting other medical professionals involved on the ward to ensure adequate post surgical inpatient support and constantly taking the time to listen and understand any needs and concerns. A hugely talented surgeon and such a lovely man, thank you Charles, I am so grateful for your kindness and care, and for such amazing surgical results.
I cannot recommend Dr Charles Bain highly enough. I was referred to him by my dermatologist, and from the very first consultation, he made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and gave excellent advice on how to care for my wounds. Dr Bain removed a total of five moles, and his work is truly exceptional. The stitching on the moles removed from my body was done so beautifully, and the shaving of the facial moles was incredibly precise - the scarring is extremely minimal, far better than I could have hoped for. A special mention must go to his nurse, Kiruba Ramanathan, who was absolutely wonderful. She assisted with the medical insurance process, and handled the laboratory tests efficiently and professionally. Both Dr Bain and Kiruba were so caring and reassuring, especially during the anxious time after the procedures while waiting for results. They are not only highly skilled but genuinely compassionate people who clearly care about their patients. I felt supported, informed, and calm throughout the entire process. Truly outstanding care from start to finish - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
