I had my first skin treatment today and it was a really great experience. The doctors were very interactive and took their time to explain every step of the procedure and the reason behind it. If i have any option to give negative stars i could have given it. Do not waste your money. First of all they will not refund you all money despite of not availing services not even single. We visited first time for consultation to al nahda branch for hair loss. As per staff 1st consultation was free when we visited theu had informed the cost of 11000dhm for exosomes and oxygen but my son was not satisfied and dr was not satisfied him by answering if this will not work then another session ,though diring this conversation i already paid and when my son came out he said he is not convinsed at all and google reviews also not very good. I requested the same time for refund and after making multiple calls and email they refunded after deducting consultation which supposed to be free as compliment and so called pharmacy prescription which i did not receive. Moreover this refund took 1 month time after behind them. Please try to avoid such a scammers .They are saying something and approaching you with another thing.
