I would like to raise a concern regarding my interaction when calling the mobile number on the website. I contacted simply because number was public. Before booking the appt , I only wished to clarify whether the dr would be suitable for our family's complex chronic medical situation. At no point I requested online consultation or medical advice or unpaid appt. However I was met with an abrupt and dismissive response stating online consultation could not be provided, which did not reflect the nature of my call. I found his tone rude and demeaning . I was only trying to establish if he can help so I can book an appt. If direct phone enquiries are not welcomed, then why display the number. Patients may reasonably assume it is there for preliminary questions.
