Dr. Alan Kourie is the best Sports Med Dr in Dubai. I have been suffering from very bad pain in my two legs. Other Drs gave me all types of medicines/ did many MRI bla bla and I never got better. I literary lost hope that the pain will go away. I met Dr Alan as recommended by my friend, he diagnosed my conditions super accurately 1 week before I left Dubai. He referred me to his contact in my new city, spoke to his contact and kept following up with me after i left Dubai until i am much better. He went extra miles to help me. Dr Alan is very kind, professional who treats the core of the problem not the symptoms, He deals with patient as humans who deserve respect and proper treatment. Dr Alan and his contacts in my new city under his supervision and follow up made huge difference to my life, at least I can sleep without pain. I fully recommend him without any reservation. Thank you Dr Alan, we need more Professionals like you.

Dr Alan Kourie at mediclinic perform is possibly the best sports medicine doctor around! I had a chronic back condition where I couldn’t walk past 5 mins without my back aching- to now lifting free weights again- I owe it to him and his superb team of physiotherapists, they literally gave me my life back! if we had an option of a 10 star rating- that’s what him, his team and mediclinic perform would get, it’s an incredible setup with everything under one roof, makes the process of diagnosis and rehab so much easier and stress free- I can’t thank you all enough! More power to you and your family at perform🙏🙏💪🏽

Look no further. Dr Kourie is a cut above the rest. He listens, genuinely cares and goes the extra mile in making sure you get the best treatment available and getting you back out there doing what you love most. He was the only person along with my vascular surgeon who managed to get me back into sport after 2years of struggling with other doctors who said my sporting days were over. Thank you Dr Alan once again for making my Sunshine come back.

I honestly cannot recommend Dr. Alan enough. He is a top sport specialist, I have seen him for multiple injuries and each time he has been able to carefully diagnose, manage and in some case recommend further treatments that has seen all my aches and pains disappear. His methods are modern and very relative to how we live today, in addition to that he has a great team around him that he refers to when an issue is outside of his area of specialty, which great.

After almost 25 years of self discipline to exercise 7-8 hours a week to successfully fight my genetic predispoistion to many diseases (heart disease, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, high cholesterol and Graves disease), my recent painful injury was a very frightening setback. However, a thorough examination with Dr Alan re affirmed my faith in the power of exercise. Having a strong fit body meant my injury was minor and with Dr Alan's advice my recovery swift. I cannot thank Dr Alan enough for his expertise and reassurance. I would urge anyone who feels that they can do nothing but succumb to the risk factors they have for systemic illnesses like diabetes, do not underestimate the power of exercise. It has transformed my personal wellbeing and given me back control to live a full active life with my husband and three children. It is not easy to fit an hour of exercise into your life everyday (when my children were small I woke at 4.30am before they woke up!) but it is worth it. If I can do it, anyone can. Thank you Dr Alan for being so supportive in my exercise regime and for getting me back on track.
