I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this experience was genuinely worth sharing I visited Al Dentist Clinic in City Walk for a teeth cleaning appointment with Dr. Mohammad Khadra, and it was honestly one of the best dental visits I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience feel comfortable Dr. Khadra was extremely thorough and took his time throughout the appointment. What I appreciated most was that he explained what he was doing and pointed out a few things I could improve in my daily oral care routine. The cleaning itself was very detailed but surprisingly comfortable, with none of the discomfort I’ve experienced during cleanings elsewhere!! I walked out feeling a noticeable difference immediately. My teeth felt incredibly clean and smooth, and the overall quality of care was clear from start to finish. The clinic is modern, spotless, and very well organized, which adds to the overall experience. It’s not often that you leave a dental appointment actually looking forward to coming back, but that was definitely the case here. A big thank you to Dr. Mohammad Khadra and the team. If you’re looking for a dentist in Dubai who combines professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine patient care, I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I had a really good experience at Dr. R Dental Clinic with Dr. Adam. The clinic is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in City Walk. Everyone there is genuinely kind and makes you feel comfortable right away. I did a dental cleaning with the GBT method and loved it. It’s very gentle, no pain at all, but still super effective. Overall just a smooth, professional experience. Would definitely recommend.

Overall I had a positive experience. The doctor was kind and took time to explain everything clearly, which I appreciated. The staff were also friendly and professional. However, there was one thing that made me uncomfortable. The clinic offers two types of cleaning, but no one asked me which option I preferred and the more expensive one was performed automatically. I would have preferred to be informed and given a choice beforehand. I was also advised to do an X-ray because it was described as very important. I agreed since I’m considering seeing an orthodontist about my bite, but again is it really important otherwise? In general the treatment itself was good, but as a patient I don’t like the feeling of being treated like an upsell opportunity. Clear communication and asking the patient first would make the experience much better. Therefore 4 stars
