I am not kidding I love this salon. The hairdresser definitely have experience. my hair is really too hard to deal with because I believe her so many times but this salon the hairdresser Jeffrey knows what she’s doing and she do the perfectly professional job in my hair. Super recommend.thank you

Today I had an incident that I can only describe as petty, small, merciless and just evil. I had an appointment at a skincare clinic called Roya Clinic. My first time going there so I entered the location on Waze and followed it religiously. It stopped me in a little before their villa entrance in what seemed from the outside a sister/extension of their services into a hair salon. The two entrances are identical in their logos, same black background with gold letter, same font of the letters, same exact door design, same exact faux green grass and both having garage entrance wide open. I could see that the first garage of what I am thinking is Roya Clinics hair salon sister business and I pull into the empty garage and park there. The entrance is closed and the only window dusty as if someone hasn’t used this villa in a while. I remember thinking to myself maybe they closed their salon business and proceeded to walk to the Roya entrance next door. I was there for exactly 1hr and to my surprise, as I walked back to my car, the garage door has been closed effectively locking me in. I knocked at the hair salon door and for a few seconds it seemed no one was there and I wasn’t able to open the door from outside. Then out comes this lady asking me what I want. I said can someone please open the garage I would like to leave. She looked surprised and asked are you here to do your hair or something? I said no I was next door doing a face treatment. Out comes another lady, she sounded Iranian, proceeded to ask me why I parked there if I’m not a client. I said I’m sorry I thought their place and the place next door were connected and by the same owner as they look awfully similar. I didn’t think for a second they weren’t. She said the owner left and closed the garage and no one else has the keys. Asked me to come inside to wait. I asked her by why did she close the garage door on my car even if she left, you’re not closed (they close at 9pm) she was very aggressive and just kept repeating why you parked here ignoring the fact that repeatedly said the 2 places look similar and it was a mistake from my end. She then disappeared for a while and I asked a few times how close the salon owner is. She was extremely rude and absolutely not being understanding or compassionate to the fact that this is an honest mistake that anyone else can make. 10 or 15 mnts go by and I was standing outside at this point. The same rude lady came out and pretended she was trying to lift the garage door manually (she asked me to do so earlier I said I wouldn’t know how) and then stood on the steps and put her hand in her pocket and I heard the click of the garage automatic door and the door started to lift. I asked her where is the owner. She said she drove past and opened it. Here is the horrible part of this story. This woman had the garage keys all along and made all this theatricals to “teach me a lesson” apparently just from the sheer of her despicable human nature. The photos of the 2 places are attached. You will see for yourselves how anyone can genuinely mistake them for sister companies. There is no need to be so evil for such a small thing. No wonder that salon was empty, the energy is very hostile and unwelcoming. Karma seems to be doing its job already. If you’re so angry and bothered about people confusing your salon with the clinic next door, maybe don’t copy them.
