I would like to share my positive experience with your home care services. The call center team was very responsive and efficient in arranging a home blood test. The nurse arrived on time and carried out the procedure in a highly professional manner. The blood was taken smoothly, without any discomfort or bruising. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of service provided. Well done to your team, I would highly recommend your services to others in town.

We have been using the night nurse service for almost two months and I can say that it has been such a positive experience. After experiencing postpartum complications, this service has helped me a lot with my recovery. New moms need to sleep in order to give the best of themselves to their little ones. We had the chance to work mainly with Shenna and she was amazing! She took such good care of our little one! She has been instrumental in creating a sleep structure with the baby from his 4th week. She has been super helpful with sharing tips and tricks. Because of her, I feel much more confident as a mother who is often questioning amd doubting herself! Nightingale visited my office and provided multiple therapies including massages, readings and other treatments. I was thoroughly impressed with their service and professionalism. My masseuse was Princess, and she put a lot of effort into the service. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service is not trustworthy. We wanted to hire a night nurse for our newborn. Customer service person was rude, couldn't communicate the hourly rates transparently and kept sending quotes instead. We did end up paying obnoxious 160 AED / hour for 1 night. They said it's the best rate they can have for the holiday season, and the best rate they offered for a long-term package is 105 AED/hour. Next day, different customer service agent has provided us a normal quote of 75 AED/hour. Which makes me think that the previous one was just hoping to put the difference in the pocket. The nurse that has showed up for 1 night that we paid the crazy rate for was OK. However, they have never provided any sort of a contract, privacy agreement or any paperwork that one has to sign prior to providing a caregiver services. I would like to bring the quoting and billing inconsistency issue to management's attention. I really wanted to give this company a chance but I refuse to be ripped off.

I just had the worst experience with this company. Nurse Mildred. She wanted immediately to know what my wifi password was so she could connect to her phone. Strange considering at some point I’m supposed to trust this person to go outside with my daughter but her phone isn’t even connected… so how would I contact her. I then tell her please clean bottles and baby food container. She looks at me strangely but then proceeds. I then ask her please put some of the baby’s strawberry’s in the bin and change bin which by the way has nappies in it and she tells me that’s not her job . She won’t throw the bin out. All this in the first 10 mins of meeting her. I call the company and ask them what’s going on. My baby is sleeping at this point and will be for the next 2 hours. I say why can’t she help me with this … to which this say no refund will be provided and it’s not her job to do anything not related to the baby (even emptying a bin with nappies in it) … Then i ask her to leave she continues to sit outside my door using my wifi. This is all within 10 mins. Imagine thinking you will get quality help and paying premium for it and realising you’re getting nothing. I’ve been told someone will reach out to me tomorrow…unbelievable. Could have really had a loyal customer .
