Dear DOCIB Management Team I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of one of your pharmacy staff members (Mohammed ajmal) During my recent visits to your pharmacy, this employee has repeatedly treated me in an unpleasant manner and attempted to pressure me into accepting a different medication than the one prescribed by my doctor. He insisted that my insurance does not cover the prescribed medicine. However, I later confirmed that this was not true, as another staff member had previously provided me with the correct prescribed medication under the same insurance without any issue. When I tried to discuss this matter with him, he raised his voice and continued to insist that my insurance would not cover the prescribed treatment. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering that I have been a loyal DOCIB customer for over five years since I was diagnosed with diabetes. As you know, giving the wrong medication to a diabetic patient can cause serious health complications. I kindly request that you investigate this issue and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Please understand that this is an official complaint to your management. If this issue persists, I will have to escalate it to the Dubai Health Authority for further action.

I am very sick, and I called the pharmacy at 07:30 AM to request that my medications be delivered. The pharmacist informed me that delivery starts at 08:30 AM and advised me to call after 08:00 AM so that the shift change would have taken place and I could place my order and ensure it would be delivered. However, after 08:00 AM, I called multiple times at different intervals, and no one answered. This is the first time in my life that I have called a pharmacy that is open and operating, yet no one answers the phone
4 staff were standing on counters and busy in their own work. Nobody was ready to listen a customer who wait for at least 15 minutes at counter. Worst experience.
