I had a really good experience at DOCIB Pharmacy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Atheetha — she’s really knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything properly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and not just rushing through. The service was quick, and they had everything I needed. Definitely one of the better pharmacies I’ve visited. Highly recommend.
I purchased one item from the pharmacy yesterday from Lulu Rashidiya branch. I didnt like the attitude of one of the new pharmacist there, not sure if she’s new but I just saw her few times. She’s not professional at all. She was very rude and sarcastic with customer. I’ve been buying from their shop few times with my supplements. Now, I prefer to order online.
The staff here are consistently helpful and professional. Every time I visit, they are efficient and take the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend this pharmacy
I was with DOCIB from very long time, but from last month I have noticed a huge difference at pharmacy, the look, the product and the new staff they are very Informative and the new SM is very supportive for understanding medicine and usage, I want to give all the stars but have only at this point.
