Her hands are incredibly skilled, and the treatment made a noticeable difference much faster than I expected. What I appreciated most is that she doesn’t only treat the pain—she also gives clear and practical exercise advice that truly helps and makes you feel confident continuing at home. Beyond being highly professional and knowledgeable, Mariam is also a genuinely kind and caring person. Her positive personality, patience, and the way she listens make every session comfortable and reassuring. I am being treated by Doctor Zara Ali (chiropractor). I came in for lower back pain treatment and spine alignment, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first session, I felt like I was in really good hands. She did not do only the adjustment, but includes needling and cupping — and wow, I could really feel the difference after every session. What I love most is that the treatment feels like so much more than just a regular chiropractor session. She really takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body and explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident. After every session, she clearly explains what to expect — whether it’s a bit of soreness or how your body might respond — which really reassured me and helped me feel prepared. She also genuinely connects with her patients. She’s such a lovely person to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. I had a great experience here with Zara the chiropractor. I came in having injured my neck on the same day and I could barely move. She was able to set me back right very quickly. She used dry needling, cupping, massaging and clicking all to realign and readjust. I highly recommend Zara and would definitely go back to see her.

Dr. Zara Ali will give you the royal treatment. Appointments with her a long, meaning it’s not the conveyer belt type of place. After listening to your problems, she starts with dry cupping, then massage, dry needling, and ends with a chiropractic adjustment. One session of dry needling with her fixed a problem I’d been having for over a year! She was also on-spot with the exercises I needed to do because I’m still doing her exercises until today and they’re really strengthen the weakest parts of my back.
