Very disappointing experience. I came in only for a hard gel removal, and the result was absolutely unacceptable. The staff clearly did not know how to properly remove this type of gel, which seriously damaged my nails. I still have visible patches and leftover pieces of gel on several nails, the finish is uneven, messy, and honestly impossible to go to work with. My nails are now weak and in terrible condition after my appointment. On top of that, the service was unpleasant. I was the only customer in the salon who was not offered water or any kind of drink, while every woman around me was offered something. That kind of difference in treatment is very inappropriate and made me feel completely ignored. To make matters worse, cuticle oil was spilled on my almost brand-new Hermès sandals, a gift from my family for my 30th birthday. When I explained to the cashier how upset I was about my shoes being stained, she had absolutely no idea how to handle the situation and offered no solution whatsoever. I was simply asked to pay immediately while leaving with a damaged pair of very expensive sandals. I left the salon upset, disappointed, with damaged nails and stained luxury shoes. Completely unacceptable experience — I absolutely do not recommend this salon.
I have been visiting dial a nail downtown branch for almost 10 years. I love all their services, from hair to mani pedi to waxing. All the nail artists are experienced and amazing. I highly recommend them

Since i found out about this salon, i don’t go anywhere else. Super clean and neat work done for manicure and pedicure. Hanna is my favorite girl there and she is one of the sweetest professionals i’ve met! Highly recommend Dial a Nail! And the prices are reasonable!
