He is incredibly talented with colour and blow-dries, and I always leave the salon feeling glamorous and confident. Andrea, the nail technician, is just as wonderful. She is kind, attentive, and truly listens to what you want. Thanks to her, my hands have never looked better, and every appointment feels relaxing and personalised. Overall, they consistently delivers amazing results with a professional yet friendly atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results.

They’re all so warm and welcoming - I usually get my hair and nails done here regularly and I’ve never had even a single regret. Me having colored hair and hair that generally gets dry often has always been something that needs fixing and now my hair is healthier than ever and that’s thanks to Redan. So highly recommended! I honestly can’t believe this happened in Dubai, where smoking is clearly not allowed indoors. Another customer was smoking right next to me the whole time, the staff saw her and said absolutely nothing. I already had a cold and went through hell sitting there until my nails were done — I couldn’t get out faster. To make things worse, my pedicure was finished in about 15 minutes — faster than the manicure, if that’s even possible. The technician was rushing the whole time, barely paying attention, constantly chatting with other staff and poking me when I was supposed to move my legs. Completely unprofessional and careless. Sadly, this isn’t my first bad experience here. I only came back because it’s close to my house, but after today, never again. Convenience isn’t worth this kind of service or disrespect for basic rules.
I was very happy with the service. I was very indecisive and had a messed up nails but the staffs were very kind and found me the perfect nails I wanted to get. Super happy with the service def will definitely come back!! Highly recommend.
