Dessange Paris - Dubai Jumeirah

I do not know how to start my review, I will write the story as it is with full details. I used to do my highlights in my home country in a reputable hair salon for almost ten years. Unfortunately I couldnt go and decided to check if theres any Dessange in Dubai. I have read all the positive reviews and didnt think twice I called and booked for an appointment. Yesterday It was rhe big day my appointment was at 1 pm.I arrived ealier I explained to the hair stylist Nino that all I need to do is to cover my white hair and refresh the color with blond highlight without coloring the roots. After 2hrs of work the result was the following: copper colored strands of hair and the white hair are still showing even more because he removed my ex blond strands and did them darker/ copper colored. I complained explaining to him that It was not what I asked for he was like madam I was very clear that the white hair will not disappear they will fade and kept like explaining and talking for 10 minutes. Then Mrs Sandrine came and asked me what I wanted I SHOWED her a picture of my hair 6 months back and I was very clear. So mr nino did back the work another 2hrs and while doing his work I told him excuse me sir but the strands are too thick this is not a highlight anymore this is a full color. He was like Madam I know what I am doing I am not pressing on them so do not worrry. We waited then did the toner a second time. When suddendly they removed the towel on my hair and tadaaa my hair was brassy orange blond. I couldnt hold my tears and I was shocked. For mr nino I dnt know how he was like: madam all is good I do not know what ur asking for- u wanted to cover ur white hair and that is what I did. I asked him really this is a highlight or a full coloring? Did I ever mention that I wanted to be blond? He was nagging and asked me to communicate politely. Then Mrs Sandrine left her client and came. I ASKED HER are u satisfied with the result she answers back If I was satisfied I wouldnt be here next to u. SHE started to do them back for a 3rd time while talking and justifiying that they didnt do any mistakes but they dnt know what happened but for her she was certain that the third time it will work. At almost 6 pm (almost 6hrs) the result was catastrophic. My hair was still blond yet a bit darker from the second time with multicolored strands (shades of blond copper grey strands). Mr Nino reappeared to dry my hair I told him to stop I couldnt handle seating position for 6 hrs anymore with zero outcomes. I went to the cashier and mrs sandrine was there with mr nino. She had the machine card in her hand: I ask her do I owe u anything ? She was courageous enough to say yes you will JUST need to pay one balayage (they did 3 in total ). I reply how come you can ask for money I would definetly send a complait to Dessange Paris and you burned my hair and still the outcome is miserable and not up to dessange reputation. She answered back if I do not take from u any penny what would be ur promise that you will not complain? And then she added: this is not our way to deal with customers but u didnt give me the choice! I WAS FLATTERED BY HER ANSWER. I told Her do whatever u feel like doing I will complain and I will aware everyone about dessange branch in Dubai. She was polite enough and opened the door so I left - yes without paying. I have never ever encountered such an experience and I am really sad that I have waisted my time and definetly my hair got burned. A brand is a gut feeling ! I have always been used dessange products. I am pretty sure that nino is far away from being a hairdresser as for sandrine I cant blame her since she was correcting the mistake and maybe the mistake cant be corrected. I am writing this feedback to speak up not asking for any follow up from Dubai Branch and to aware people that their visit could become a nightmare! PLEASE check the pictures I have attached one picture with lebanon flag on my cheek this picture was taken12hrs before my visit so you can understand better what I asked for.

I don't feel rushed at all, and the standard of practice is phenomenal. I feel extremely confident that I will get the exact cut I want, and more. Also, if you have any problems with your hair the team will give you the best advice and consulting which is worth its weight in gold.
