I had a wonderful experience at Dermier Clinic with Dr. Randa. My appointment was scheduled at 1:30 PM, and I arrived 15 minutes early for the numbing cream. Dr. Randa came in exactly on time, which truly reflects her professionalism and punctuality. She was very sweet, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the customer experience — everything was smooth, well-organized, and handled with care. Highly recommend! ⭐️ 5/5
The clinic facilities are top tier so are the staff, they are all professional, kind and extremely welcoming. I had the pleasure to get work done at the clinic with Dr. Randa, she masters the art of botox and filler really well.

The valet service was also excellent and very efficient. I booked an appointment for lip fillers and waited almost two hours before being seen. When the doctor finally came in, she was clearly rushed, which immediately affected the experience. I was very clear about what I wanted and explained what she had done for me previously, as this was my third time getting fillers with dr randa (even before her clinic) and I’m familiar with how my lips usually respond. Unfortunately, none of my requests were followed. The shape and size were completely different from what I asked for. When I contacted the clinic to address my concerns, I was repeatedly told that the filler was “swallowed” and would reduce. Based on my past experiences, this level of swelling was not normal for me. After four days, I had no choice but to dissolve the filler. What’s more concerning is that a close friend had a very similar experience and also had to dissolve her filler with another doctor. used to be one of my favorites, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Sadly, the service, attention to detail, and overall quality of care have noticeably declined. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously, as cosmetic procedures require time, care, and proper consultation
I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. The place is very clean and well organized. Dr. Fadhl gives the patient his full time, listens carefully, and explains clearly what is best for each case. I also had a Korean facial with the skin specialist Hala, and it was an excellent and very professional experience. Highly recommended.
