DermaPlus Clinic (عيادة ديرما بلس)
DubaiMed AI Analysis
Recent detailed reviews show repeated, serious operational and service problems (prepaid packages lost, unanswered calls/WhatsApp, incomplete treatments, broken equipment), though one review praises a caring doctor and the place lists a high Google rating. No website content or formal credentials are available in the evidence. Use caution if considering advance payments or scheduling complex procedures here.
Patients seeking cosmetic/aesthetic or dental procedures who are willing to accept risk and verify payment/appointment reliability in advance.
Pros
- •One patient report of a positive, thorough consultation with Dr. Samah (kind and professional).
- •Offers a range of cosmetic and dental services (laser, HydraFacial, veneers) per reviews and listed types.
Considerations
- •Multiple reports of prepaid packages/sessions not being recognized or honored and requests for additional payment.
- •Clinic unresponsive by phone/WhatsApp and reports of being closed/unreachable, making access and refunds unreliable.
- •Incomplete treatments and equipment failures reported (HydraFacial missing steps, non-working devices; veneer treatment incomplete/wrong material).

Very disappointing experience. I purchased and prepaid for a package of 6 laser sessions. At one point I was told this package “doesn’t exist,” and only after further discussion it was suddenly found in the system. Since then, after every visit they are asking how I would like to pay, as if I never prepaid and don’t have a client profile. It feels extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Booking appointments has been equally frustrating. WhatsApp messages were left unanswered, and when I came in person, I was told the technician was off. It should not be this difficult to use services that have already been paid for. The reception staff is unhelpful and unfriendly I guess the only good part of the clinic is the technician who made her job properly. I still have two sessions left and I can wait just to finish them and never step in this clinic anymore.
Extremely disappointing experience with Dermaplus Clinic. I paid the full amount in advance for 3 laser sessions, but I have only been able to use 1 session so far. Now the clinic appears to be closed, their phone is switched off, and nobody responds to calls, messages, or any attempts to contact them. As a customer who paid in full, I am left with unused services and no way to reach the clinic for a refund or to complete the remaining sessions. This feels highly unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any advance payments. Based on my experience, there is currently no communication, no support, and no clear way to recover the money paid for unused services.
I booked an appointment specifically for a full HydraFacial with milia extraction. A full HydraFacial includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and finishing treatments. I confirmed multiple times — over the phone, via messages, and again at the time of my visit — that this would be a full facial. After the treatment, I was extremely disappointed. Despite paying 550 AED, plus 100 AED extra charges for extraction, the service was incomplete. During the facial, the therapist informed me that the red light was not working and the oxygen machine was also not working, which clearly means this was not a full HydraFacial as advertised. I raised a complaint, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was oddly offered a free dental clinic visit, which I found inappropriate and unhelpful. I am not looking for free services — I simply want the service I paid for. I also sent follow-up messages, but no one contacted me to properly hear my concern. When I followed up again for my complaint , I was simply told that “it was the best facial.” This response shows a lack of accountability and how little they value their regular customers. I AM their regular client and now I am done ..after seeing how they treat their client. I am posting this review so at least the owner can be aware, as the staff refused to share the owner’s contact details. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the amount paid and the expectations set in advance.
I had a consultation with Dr. Samah , and I’m truly grateful for her help. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and gave me detailed advice on what to do in my situation. She is very understanding, kind, and professional. I felt supported and taken care of. Highly recommend!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I paid for a full veneer treatment for both upper and lower teeth, with a clear request from the beginning for the highest quality and a natural-looking result. I relied on the clinic to select the appropriate material and provide proper professional guidance. Only my upper teeth were prepared. My lower teeth were not treated at all, despite being included in the treatment plan and payment. The material used for the upper teeth did not align with what was verbally discussed, and this was clarified only after payment had already been made. No final veneers were cemented, and the treatment remained incomplete. When I requested a refund due to loss of trust and incomplete service, my request was declined, and communication later stopped. I am sharing this review to encourage other patients to be cautious, ensure all details are documented in writing, and verify materials and treatment stages before proceeding with full payment.
