I had a wonderful experience at Derma One Sparkle. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was very welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. I did a laser session with Ryzet, and she was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. The service was excellent, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care and professional staff!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been unacceptable on every level. The quality of the laser service was extremely poor, patchy, inconsistent, and clearly done without proper care or professionalism. Even worse, I was cut multiple times by the razor during pre-treatment shaving, which has left me with visible, lasting scars. This is not just poor service, it is negligence. The conduct of the staff is equally alarming. There is constant, aggressive pressure to purchase additional services, and they refuse to respect a clear “no.” One doctor even went as far as saying: “Is it a money issue? Do you not have a salary since you have a job? Yallah, pay!” this is beyond unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I was pressured into booking and paying for a service without clear disclosure of pricing. Within 10 minutes of making the payment, I requested a refund. Despite this, it has now been over a month with no progress made. I have been repeatedly misled with false promises that the refund would be processed “the next day.” I was forced to escalate the situation myself by contacting their finance advisor and even the clinic owner just to receive a cheque. Even then, they still failed to honor the timeline and delayed the refund yet again. This isn't just poor customer service, it is deceptive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice before trusting them with both their money and their safety. P.S They told me to take my review down if I wanted my money back!
