Beware of a complete Invisalign nightmare. I started my Invisalign treatment here in July 2025 and was initially told I only needed 7 trays based on the scan. After completing them, I was later informed that additional trays were required, more than double the original plan. This was never clearly communicated at the beginning. I was also charged AED500 for a scan that should have been included in the package. Several aligners cracked within a short time, and I experienced repeated discomfort with mouth blisters. The most upsetting part was travelling from Abu Dhabi for a confirmed retainer appointment, only to find the clinic closed with no direct notification. No call or email was sent. I was told they announced closure on their social media. They expect customer to check their social media despite the current situation in UAE. What should have been an exciting smile journey became a frustrating experience due to lack of transparency and poor communication. I decided to continue my treatment elsewhere. P.S. If you’re hoping to escalate concerns to management, don’t expect much response. In my case, communication was handled only through the receptionist, and I genuinely felt sorry that she was left to manage the situation without proper support.
