I took the kids for a general check-up with Dr Nihan and to discuss a few issues with our son. I am beyond impressed. This place doesn't just look professional. It goes way beyond that. Everything was slick: from booking the appointment to the actual check-up with Dr Nihan who is the sweetest soul. Dr Nihan and her team were able to quickly build up a fantastic rapport with the kids. Where I'd previously been told there was nothing that could be done to improve my son's dental issues, Dr Nihan was able to give us a solution which was a huge relief. Both came out of the appointment on cloud 9 having had the best time. Many thanks to everyone for making this such a success.

Desk manager completely neglected my direct questions delivering information that was never asked or inquired (I never inquired about crown placement when I was just asking for dental root treatment) 2. Completely neglecting my question why treatment was offered for one tooth (I inquired for two) Very unprofessional behavior, if you don’t know how to share information or talk to patients, my honest advice: don’t work in places where sharing information is 99% of your job… failed to have minimal communication skills… 3. Guys change your fees structure, it’s more difficult to understand than the maze…. Lots of hidden fees that clearly don’t pop up at first
