Amazing experience at °CRYO Dubai Hills! The clinic is super clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The cryotherapy itself was refreshing and effective. I felt energized and noticed a big difference in recovery afterward.
Rose was amazing so adorable and kind. She made this experience delightful with her knowledge and wonderful spirit. It’s unfortunate that some clients behaved as though they were in a bar. My inner sanctuary was spoilt by the loud male voice and children running around. I truly felt disturbed by the noise
This was the first time i was going for whole body cryotherapy and honestly at first i was a little nervous but the staff and esp the therapist helped me out by telling the right info and everything i needed to know! The entire process was honestly soo fun and relaxing and i can’t wait to visit again and see how this helps me in the long run! Absolutely recommend this to everyone. The therapis also recommended me for a free red light therapy session which I think was so relaxing and it was a veryy kind gesture :) Thank you cryo team Mariah and Yasaman! You both were amazing!
Most amazing experience it was my first time doing compression therapy after my knee surgery and it helped with my inflammation and water retention. Right after I did cryotherapy also for the first time and I was in there for 2 mins in one go, the trick is choose a good song you like and pop them headphones on! I really enjoyed the experience and felt incredibly energized right after! Must do it again it really boosts the mood and gives you a good kick for the week!

AJ was my therapist and she was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session.
