It was my first time to get treated at Crossroads and I could say that this clinic is a true gem! Upon entering I was accommodated by the very friendly & approachable receptionist, Queen. The dentists are truly professionals, Dr Divya Babel who did the initial examination and evaluation as well as Dr Mukhallat Qazi who did the extraction really well. Both were so caring and thoughtful about my condition during the entire procedure. Not to mention Dr Shams Siddiqui, their managing Director, was so kind in sharing with me the history of how he built this wonderful clinic and how he expressed his sincere plans in making my dental health their clinic's top priority. Crossroads dental clinic is highly recommendable!

Since my husband’s case is quite complicated, the doctors gave us several treatment plan options, not just one solution, which made us feel very confident and well-guided.☺️ We met Dr. Divya for the general consultation, who explained everything very clearly. Dr. Sharon also recommended a suitable plan with great guidance. But most of all, we are so grateful to Dr. Shams, who gave my husband the confidence and hope he needed. The way he explained how my husband’s teeth can be improved, and how it will even change the way he looks, truly gave us peace of mind and excitement to start the treatment.💖 The reception team was very accommodating and welcomed us warmly, and the nurses were also amazing & always assisting us with so much care and kindness.
