I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. This has been my worst experience, particularly with Dr. Bhavana. I had Botox done on three areas of my forehead, and the results are completely uneven, my right eyebrow is raised while the left is drooping. The reception team is also disorganized and fails to take responsibility for their mistakes. Despite knowing I was coming in for a complaint, they did not inform Dr. Bhavana, and by the time I arrived, she was no longer there. Now I’ve been asked to return again after two days. Their management DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. I will not be returning, as my experience suggests a lack of proper skill and professionalism of the doctors and the management.
My wife visited this clinic last week, she was burnt with their endolift machine, the anesthesia was not enough the drs are inexperienced. Advising anyone visiting here to please be very careful. They charge a bomb and deliver very bad service. They then forced her to take some injectables which she was not wanting to as she has an autoimmune condition but went ahead without knowing what was in it so she doenst lose the money she paid…
I am so happy with the care I received from Dr. Bhavana. She is truly an amazing professional. I had filler dissolving, Endolift, and lip treatments done, and I am currently in the healing stage. So far, I am very satisfied with the results and the way everything was handled. I definitely plan to come back for a few more beauty procedures in the near future.
