The atmosphere was very relaxing and I enjoyed my time while in the Sauna & ice bath as the room comes with TV & Netflix. The complimentary lemon grass tea at the end wrapped up the whole experience. The sauna was excellent, the ice experience felt safe and well-guided, and the overall environment was very clean and professional. A special thank you to Mary, who assisted with my booking and walked me through the entire journey with such warmth, professionalism, and care. She made the whole experience feel seamless from the very beginning. Also, a huge appreciation to Divina, the massage therapist, who was incredibly attentive and intuitive and delivered an absolutely outstanding massage experience. You can truly feel the level of care and expertise in her work. What I appreciated the most was the feeling after the session - deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a real sense of recovery. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support wellness, recovery, stress relief, or simply take a meaningful pause from busy Dubai life. Will definitely come back.
Had such an amazing experience at Contrast Wellness today with my bestie, we did an hour of Sauna and ice bath. Had our own private room that offers both facilities together! The place is super hygienic, the staff were so sweet and professional and it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in Dubai! We’ll definitely come back🫶🏽
I went to Kontrast Velese in Dubai today, and honestly, I really liked it. The place feels cozy the moment you walk in warm, calm, nothing loud or overwhelming. It’s super clean, which I appreciate so much, and the whole space looks stylish and well thought-out. The sauna itself is comfortable, the heat is steady, and it actually helps you relax instead of feeling too intense😌 Overall, it was such a nice experience. A quiet, warm break in the middle of the city. I’d definitely come back it just felt good to be there.
What a beautiful and cozy space, I am absolutely coming back; what a great set up, and the fact that you have your private room full equipped with a sauna and 2 different cold plunges it’s amazing.
