Worst room don't believe the photos there one Indian or pakistani girl ( they use dummy names that's why I am not mentioned her name )and receptionist boy they both cheated me, they charge me for VIP room and normal room .but there is one napali therapist she is really nice and very professional massager....

Worst spa experience ever in Dubai..... please guys don't go here....these guys don't know how to treat customers, there staff misbehave with me specifically there manager.... I told her that the girl inside room refuse to give me message until I pay her extra money....she did not gave me any satisfactory response and I came back without taking my services !! I am writing this so that the owners gets to know what's going onn on there back....and to aware customers like me....I am really disappointed coz I went there in the brand name of concord.
Visited this salon in Bur Dubai and had a pleasant experience. The staff are professional and the environment is neat. Service was done on time and with care. Worth trying if you are nearby.
