Unmatched! I am usually not a ‘class’ person, and focus mainly on independent gym workouts but Swell has totally changed that for me. Firstly, the space is out of this world. There are so many ‘classes’ in Dubai but nowhere transports you like Swell. The aesthetic, the vibe, the energy.. incredible! ‘The Swell’ class, unique to this club is something else.. if you are looking for the most insane heated workout but opportunity to tap into your nervous system, move freely but be guided the entire way then this is it. I will go back time and time again for this magic. Also helps that the space is an interior dream. Just perfect!
The most stunning getaway like wellness spot in Al Quoz 🌴 I’ve been here for their Contrast Session (infrared sauna + cold plunge) along with their heated pilates class & could not recommend it enough 10/10. For a cheeky surprise, try their banana bread matcha or their homemade electrolyte drink post your session.
By far the best health club I’ve been to in Dubai. The attention to detail and design makes it stand out in a league of its own. The classes are plentiful and have a ton of variety while being perfectly structured in a way that ensures a wonderful experience no matter what session you’re doing! The locker rooms are clean and match the same beautiful design choices as the rest of the studio. Last but not least I could easily spend a whole day at the cafe enjoying the delicious drinks and smoothies while working in the beautiful seating area. The team there is super friendly and I definitely can’t wait to go back!
