Visited Clover Dental Clinic (Bur Dubai branch) for my son’s severe dental pain on last week Saturday and had a disappointing experience. Dr. Nasreen recommended a 3D scan and assured us she would review the results and provide an update. The scan was expensive and not covered by insurance. After 2 days of follow-up, the clinic informed us that we need to visit their Al Barsha branch because Dr. Nasreen is not qualified to interpret or explain the scan report. This raises serious concerns, why was the scan advised and charged at a high cost if the doctor couldn’t review the results? There was no upfront transparency about needing another specialist. Also, the scan cost was significantly higher than other reputable clinics. Overall, the experience felt more focused on revenue than patient care and clarity. Recommend treatment flow in advance before proceeding here.
Pathetic services with no clear instructions from the clinic.. i travelled 45 minutes and was running late for my appointment so doctor refused to do the treatment and i had kept my 5 year old daughter fasting.. The doctor said she needs time while i was 20 minutes late and she could have done the treatment exceeding 20 minutes above the next scheduled appointment..
I walked in with misaligned teeth and a crooked smile, and at my final appointment, I walked out with perfectly aligned teeth. Although I initially came in for orthodontic treatment, every concern related to my dental health was taken care of along the way, which I truly appreciate. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Sonu for the patience, care, and attention to detail throughout my braces journey. A thank you, as well, to Dr. Shaheena for her support and care. The experience was comfortable and reassuring, and helped me achieve the smile I wanted.
