I had one of the worst experiences ever with this clinic. I went to the clinic and paid in full for a treatment package. After taking my money, I found the clinic closed. I waited, then they booked an appointment for me, but when I arrived, the clinic was still closed again. This is complete mismanagement and a total lack of professionalism. The clinic staff and the call center were extremely rude, unhelpful, and careless. They took the package payment, yet no service was provided, no proper explanation was given, and no one followed up or contacted me. They took my money and completely disappeared. No communication, no responsibility, no respect for customers’ time or trust I strongly do NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. Save your money and avoid this place
