The behavior she experienced was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and it’s honestly unacceptable from a place that’s supposed to care for people On top of that, she was not refunded money that rightfully belongs to her There has been no clear explanation, no accountability and no proper follow up This kind of treatment reflects very poorly on your hospital We expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved immediately, including a full refund and a proper explanation
