Absolutely the best spa experience I’ve ever had! I’ve tried many spas before, but Cleopatra Spa is on another level. The ambiance is so peaceful and relaxing, and the jacuzzi was amazing. A special thank you to Juliet for taking such good care of me. She was very attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. We were welcomed with a lovely ginger tea and had time to enjoy the spa facilities before our treatment. The massage was honestly one of the best I've ever had. Afterwards, we were treated to tea, fresh orange, and a relaxing salt neck compress. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
A couple of hours went by in a blink of an eye - relaxing massage and their facilities such as sauna room, jacuzzi, and the post-massage lounge where they provide a nice warm tea and a cozy blanket - a perfect pamper day experience. Every staff I encountered from the beginning till the end of the day was very professional and welcoming. Clare, one of the staff who looked after my friend and me made it extra special with her kindness and personalized customer service. ✨️
This was my first time trying this spa in Dubai, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the very first WhatsApp conversation, the response was quick, clear, and extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the right massage. Special thanks to the WhatsApp coordinator for the excellent communication. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly by the staff. They offered hot drinks and dates, and I was given a consultation form to fill out before the massage, which made the experience feel very professional and personalized. My therapist, Marsh, was amazing. Her Balinese massage was incredible, and on top of her great technique, she had such a lovely and positive attitude that made the session even more enjoyable. After the massage, I was taken to the relaxation area and provided with a warm neck compress, which was the perfect way to end the experience. Highly recommended — I will definitely be coming back!
