I recently visited Citicare Health Care Clinic (located in Arjan, Al Barsha South Third), and it was truly one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that is not only highly skilled but also truly cares about patients on a human level. Huge thanks to Dr. Aisha, Nurse Norma, Prossy (reception), Ms. Jenn, and Ms. Marion — every one of them went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of. Their care honestly made me feel better even before the treatment itself. The teamwork, dedication, and positive energy here are inspiring. This clinic is not just about treatment, it’s about people who genuinely care and make a difference. Highly recommended — they truly deserve all the recognition. Thank you for making a real difference 🙏

Very disappointing experience. I visited the clinic after being advised by a skin specialist, to undergo a Fraxional Laser treatment that she claimed was suitable for my skin condition. I was told the treatment cost AED 1,950, but she offered a discounted price of AED 1,750 if I paid in cash, which I did. After I left, she contacted me and informed me that the treatment had been recorded differently in the system and asked me to say that I had received a Green Peel if anyone asked. This immediately raised concerns for me. More importantly, I experienced none of the effects that were explained before the procedure. I was told to expect redness, peeling, and visible skin changes, but there was absolutely no redness, no peeling, and no noticeable improvement. When I reported this, I was offered additional treatments and peeling procedures, none of which produced any results either. When I questioned whether the original procedure had been performed correctly and requested that it be repeated, I was eventually told that I would need to pay again. After spending AED 1,750, I found this unacceptable and requested a refund. I also contacted the clinic manager, who initially promised to resolve the issue and asked me to visit the clinic. However, after I provided evidence of my conversations with the staff member, he stopped responding to my calls and messages. I am sharing this review to inform others of my experience. Patients deserve transparency, accurate records, honest communication, and accountability when concerns are raised. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of these.

I recently had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aisha Umer and Nurse Noura at CitiCare clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Dr. Aisha Umer is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I never felt rushed—just respected and well cared for. Nurse Noura was equally amazing. She was warm, patient, and highly professional. Her kindness and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier. She checked on me regularly and answered all my questions with a smile. Together, they make a fantastic team. If you’re looking for doctors and nurses who truly care about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Aisha Umer and Nurse Noura.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rameem she was gentle, attentive, and treated me with genuine care, like a person rather than just a patient. Her diagnosis was accurate, and the treatment she prescribed was very effective. Her warm and kind character made me feel comfortable and reassured from the moment I arrived. Special thanks as well to Nurse Shalini, who handled my blood test so smoothly and professionally that I didn’t feel a thing.

It is my second visit in the clinic and definitely will not be the last. Upon entering, the ambience is very relaxing and looks very clean. The person in front, Emil, was very welcoming and had assisted me from the start until I left. Ms. Jen answered all my questions regarding dental service. Nurse Shalini and Dr. Rameema were very professional and have given me the care that I needed. Highly recommended!
