I had an exceptional time. It was my birthday and the staff, particularly Santi and Kuldip took the time to make me feel extra special. They made me a towel cake and offered me treats 🙃. The massage and facial were very relaxing... I highly recommend this spa.
Visited Ciel Spa while staying at SLS Dubai. They do over a variety of treatments, but I used the steam room, jacuzzi, and lounge on the men’s side. Everything is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is tranquil, and the views from the 69th floor are absolutely stunning. A perfect spot to relax and unwind in a luxurious setting.
Everything was absolutely wonderful. I asked for a strong massage, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Santi did an excellent job — very professional and attentive. The atmosphere in the spa is beautiful and very relaxing, and the view is truly unforgettable. It made the whole experience even more special. I would definitely come back again.
Unfortunately the beautiness of the place couldn’t cover up for the unhygienic jacuzzi, the place is full of ants you cant lay your head to relax also the edge of the jacuzzi were full of ants but its not clear on the video that i have been post , the water is not even considered warm, i didn’t even complete half an hour called to complain and no one answered me back, so sad this wasn’t as good as i wished i came to relax but left with so much negative energy , All the showers doors doesn’t lock there is no privacy plus on that when i was inside i asked for a beverage the receptionist ignored my request and forgot about me
massage with Melissa was exactly that — being on cloud nine from start to finish. A moment of pure relaxation, where both body and mind completely let go. A calming, beautifully relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back! 💆♀️✨
