Disrespectful and unprofessional staff — serious issue. Visited the pharmacy tonight with a female family member. She politely asked a simple question, but the male staff member ignored her and continued chatting with someone next to him. Then, instead of replying to her, he turned to me and spoke only to me, completely dismissing her. She had to repeat the question just to get a basic response. This behavior is unacceptable, discriminatory, and disgusting. I strongly urge the management to address this immediately — such staff should not be allowed to deal with customers.
