I visited the Community Pharmacy branch in Al Wasl today to collect a medicine that was prepared for me. The night staff member is excellent — professional, responsible, and always at his post. However, during the day shift today, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and found the pharmacy completely unattended. There was no one inside despite there being cash, medication, cosmetics, and accessories in open view. I went in and out, called the store phone which rang in front of me, but no one answered. I asked staff at neighboring shops and they had no information. After waiting more than 10 minutes, a female staff member returned from the restroom. She did not apologize for leaving the counter unattended, nor for the delay, and showed no concern. A pharmacy must always have someone at the counter for safety, customer service, and to protect the premises. If a staff member needs to leave, someone should cover the counter or at least inform nearby shops that they will be away briefly. I am raising this so you can take the necessary action. Customers need to know someone is responsible and present at all the times

Good Day. I am a cancer patient and wearing stoma bags. Yesterday night my bags started leaking and desperately looking for bags but no use . Finally through coloplast/Dubai i got numbers of CHS. Talked to MS.Mihad and after lot of difficulties she helped me and coloplast , dubai incharge helped in delivering it free 2 bags. God Bless them and literally i cried.
