Came in with the worst hair ever (ruined by another hair dresser) & Suzy completely saved me🙏🏻 even tho I made a spontaneous walk-in, they instantly made time for me to do extensions + a new color & I left with the most beautiful hair I've ever had. extensions blend with my natural hair perfectly & even tho we did a little bleaching my hair is not at all damaged. definitely recommend this place 12/10!

Diana worked her magic on my hair — she created the most beautifully blended blonde I’ve ever had. It looks so natural and fresh, I’m obsessed! And a huge shoutout to Trevor, who gave me the most relaxing hair wash ever — complete with an amazing scalp massage that nearly put me to sleep. Such a treat! IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY YOU SPEND HERE Dianna my hair stylist literally did everything her own from cutting, air blowing,... which normally is done by the assistants. I saw her dedication to the work and gave the best result of my haircut 🫶🏼 The staffs were friendly I got a good hair wash by TREV The coffee was insanely good!!! AND THE MUSICCCC taste is hella amazing!! everything was a chef's kiss🔥
I visited Chill Salon at InterContinental Dubai Marina for a haircut. During my visit, there was some confusion regarding a request to charge my phone at the hotel reception area, which was initially permitted by staff and later reversed by a manager, resulting in an uncomfortable situation. On a later occasion, when I attempted to book another appointment and asked about my regular stylist, Lucy, I was told she was no longer working at the salon. Communication then stopped, and I was unable to continue the conversation via WhatsApp. I have shared this experience with hotel management for their awareness. I hope communication and customer handling can be improved for future guests. I had visited the salon several times before and generally had good experiences, which is why the recent confusion and lack of communication were disappointing. Edit: Following my earlier review, I contacted the salon again via WhatsApp to try and book another haircut appointment after Lucy’s departure. I was informed that there was nobody available who could cut my hair and was advised to “try another salon” instead. As a returning customer who had visited multiple times previously, I found the handling and communication disappointing.
