I visited Chi Foot Spa in Uptown Mirdiff for a 30mins shoulder and back massage with Jaye, and it was excellent. She applied perfect pressure, and worked on all the areas that needed relief. The spa itself is very clean, peaceful, and beautifully calming the moment you walk in. The whole experience helped me relax completely, and I felt a big difference right after. I am definitely coming back! Update! We came back to Chi foot spa for another massage and today my session was with April, and she was absolutely amazing, God bless her strong firm hands! This place is now my comfort place and the ladies are all friendly and equally professional. Thank you for all the staff and see you again!
Had a wonderful foot massage / reflexology treatment at Chi foot Spa. Diana, Mikai and John were amazing with their massage treatment and Rajihara was professional in her service. Visited the place for a sholder-neck (upper back) massage. Upon arrival, I was asked if I want a private room or shared. I chose a private room, where my masseur did an amazing job on my neck and shoulder. Definitely recommend the place.
Very unprofessional services. I had a booking confirmed at 7pm for which I arrived on time. I was told to wait “for a while” (what ever this means…). After waiting patiently, Raji informed me that she had mixed up the booking and they had giving my time slot to someone else. So I asked, why I wasn’t called to inform me. She clearly didn’t know what to say other than “it’s not my fault”. Zero accountability, care and professionalism - plus you have an army of people working in this spa playing with cats outside and clearly no one wants to work
