The prices are competitive, and there are great promotions and discounts available. The staff are very polite, professional, and helpful. I have a very bad experience with the cashier Chemist house was always my go to shop to buy things until last 02/06/2026, we were buying some items and when we were at the cash counter to pay the bills and the bill was 75.75 or something and we were 5 dhs short that time so we give another 50dhs to the cashier lady and she handed us only 4dhs worth of coins. So like everybody else we told her we give u 50dhs not 5 then she straight up tell us no it is 5 and not 50 after that we told her to check it in cash drawer she check again and say its the same amount not 50, she say nothing no apology nor say she will check it she was rude about everything. After awhile security come and try to solve it by checking the cctv, the result was clear we will given 120dhs , the whole thing were come to truth but that cashier lady did not even apologize nor nobody is she was just smiling whole time and didnt say anything at all that’s what it make all disappointing.

CWH is the best. How many times we visited the store and we always enjoyed it. I want to say thank you for Aloysius for always there to assist us everytime we are buying perfumes. Not once but all the time. And on our latest visit, weve met Julius and one more guy in perfumes side (Aung) and both of them are very accommodating and helpful. Really appreciate them a lot. Just one suggestion, it would be great if you could offer a loyalty card for your customers, as we would love to be part of it. Thank you. 😊😊😊

I got very Bad staff manners. I visited this evening to look for shampoos and skincare products. I actually liked the products and was interested in buying them, but unfortunately, the behavior of one of your staff members completely ruined my experience. There was a tall Filipino male staff member in the shampoo section who pointed at the products using his foot ( what is this manners). That is extremely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior toward customers. Someone working in customer service should know basic manners and professionalism. I strongly suggest that you properly train and monitor your staff members’ behavior and customer service attitude. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.
