I have heard so much about Charisma Plus Medical Center and decided to give it a try and get lip fillers with Dr Rula. The place is very spacious, clean and the employees were very welcoming. When I checked in, there was barely any wait time, the nurses took full care and were very gentle and polite, when the doctor walked in, I have felt hurried for some reason. The whole procedure did not take more than 3 minutes. I was staying in Dubai for 2 weeks and I have informed the doctor that I would want to come back for a check up. When I tried to make a new appointment for a lip re touch appointment, the lady that books appointments told me “sorry you dont even have any filler left”, + “you will have to come back after 30-40 days from your appointment”! Which is ridiculous! I was embarrassed from the bruising on my lips (bruising is normal). There were some visible bumps that were very noticeable that made me uncomfortable. I asked the employee to ask the doctor if there is anything that can be done, she responded 2 days after the message was delivered. The prices were 1,300 AED + tax per syringe. Dr Rula is very experienced at what she does, and seems like a very knowledgeable doctor, unfortunately my whole experience did not meet my needs or my expectations.
Dr. Rola is amazing! I’ve seen many well-known doctors before, but she is the first one who truly understood my case and knew exactly what worked for me. Her expertise and professionalism are outstanding. The clinic is also excellent—professional, welcoming, and well organized. Highly recommended!
Dr Rola is a great dermatologist and a skin expert. She always recommends what the face needs and doesn’t over do it. I usually do face treatments with her and my skin glows after.
