On 07/01/2026 in the evening, I experienced extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service at your clinic from both the doctor and the receptionist. The doctor appeared unable to properly read or explain my test reports and did not listen to my concerns. When I asked whether the reports were normal, the response given was “I don’t know,” which is highly concerning. Additionally, the reports were handled carelessly, and the doctor was engaged in a personal phone conversation during the consultation, which demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. The receptionist’s behavior was also negligent and unhelpful. This was the worst medical service I have encountered in my life, and I believe such conduct falls far below acceptable professional and ethical standards expected in a healthcare facility.
