I had an amazing experience at this place when my brother had his surgery. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. They made us feel comfortable and reassured the entire time. The doctor was outstanding — highly skilled, attentive, and genuinely caring. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt confident and at ease before the procedure. Honestly, every single person working there deserves appreciation. The organization, cleanliness, and overall care were beyond our expectations. I’m truly grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Just wanted to give a genuine feedback:- I just had my surgery done 3 weeks ago, I must thanks to all the team members. Very helpful receptionist, all the nurses they’re very helpful and caring to patients. I must say very welcoming and professional team working together. I visited the clinic and the atmosphere was very nice. They welcomed me with kindness and generosity. The team was friendly, including the reception, the nurses, and the doctors. Another thing I noticed is that the clinic is clean and neat which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend visiting this clinic. ☺️👍
Amazing service and accommodating staff. Happy with the overall experience at the clinic, especially Ms. Fatima. She is genuinely one of the best skin therapist I have come across. She is very passionate and shows concern to her patients. From the consultation to treatment and follow ups are well done with great care. She explain the procedures properly, the products that are going to use, the pros and cons of the treatment. She is always after the welfare of her patients and doing her best to give the best result. I sincerely appreciate her effort for continuously checking on me and reminding the proper care especially when I had my fractional laser. It is really rare to find someone like Ms. Fatima. I personally recommend Caremonde and Ms. Fatima for their exceptional service.
