I had a very good experience at Canadian Specialist Hospital, especially during my stay on the 3rd floor, Room 321. The environment was clean, calm, and well-maintained, which really helped during a difficult time. Special thanks to Nurse Viji for her kindness, patience, and genuine care. She was very attentive, compassionate, and always made sure I was comfortable and informed. Her support truly made a big difference in my recovery. I’m grateful to the staff for their professionalism and care. Highly recommended.

This is not my first time in the Emergency Department, and every time it is extremely cold. The only thing provided to patients is a very thin blanket, which does very little to keep anyone warm. I find this unreasonable. Patients come to the hospital because they are unwell, and sitting for hours in a cold environment covered only by a thin blanket makes the experience even more uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend providing proper blankets or improving the temperature conditions in the waiting and treatment areas.

I had a truly unforgettable delivery experience in March at Canadian Specialist Hospital under Dr. Aroua. From the bottom of my heart, it was more than just a medical experience — it was a journey filled with care, compassion, and support. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Aroua. She is not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and patient. She gave me strength when I needed it the most and stayed by my side continuously from 9:00 AM until 1:30 AM the next day. I will never forget her support — words will never be enough to thank her. My sincere thanks also go to the Emergency Department team. Starting from Mr. Shalu at reception and all the ER nurses — you were amazing. Special thanks to Dr. Assai for her attentiveness and quick decision when my sugar level was high. Because of her care, I felt safe knowing my baby was protected. To the incredible labour room team — you made one of the most difficult moments of my life feel easier, calmer, and full of support. Your kindness, smiles, and encouragement meant everything to me. You helped me forget the pain and made the whole process smooth and comforting. A very special thank you to all the wonderful nurses: Mrs. Mimosa , Mrs. Meenamol, Mrs. Liji , Mrs. Betty David, Mrs. Binu, Mrs. Jyothi, Ms. Siju,and Mrs. Hositha. Each one of you played a beautiful role in my journey, and I will always remember your care and kindness. I would also like to thank RN Fathima on the 3rd floor (Room 332). The whole team there was so caring and supportive. They took such great care of my baby and made me feel at ease during my recovery. Special thanks as well to Ms. Mauricia, Dr. Aroua’s nurse, for always checking on me and following up with so much care and attention. And I truly appreciate Mr. Amin, the Commercial Director, for his visit and for making the billing process smooth and stress-free. It was a very special day in my life to receive my beautiful baby, and thanks to all of you, it became a memory filled with warmth and love. Thank you, Canadian Specialist Hospital, for making my experience so special and unforgettable. I will always carry this beautiful memory in my heart.

I had met her earlier when I was admitted to the emergency, and her caring attitude at that time made me feel that I should consult her personally.
