YES YES YES!!! Finally a fantastic studio with incredible coaches, a welcoming reception team, comfortable changing rooms and washrooms, plus a great coffee and smoothie spot, all wrapped in a unique interior. Girls, your heated classes are INSANE! Incredibly intense, perfectly structured, and an amazing full-body workout! My muscles were on fire! I tried BRRN HOT with Hebah and CORE HOT with Samantha, and both were excellent. The coaches were not only professional but also genuinely warm and motivating. Big bonus points for the lovely amenities in the bathroom as well. The only downside is the location… Al Quoz isn’t the most convenient. I’d absolutely love to see a branch in Jumeirah!!
A class like no other! Heated, challenging & great vibes only 🔥💯 I booked with Noor and one of the most intense classes I have ever been to,, it’s a must but make sure to control your breathing and drink water a lot even during the class the good thing they give you a cold towel after the class, they have showers & coconut water and matcha .. they sell cute stuff too.. paid parking available.. booked through mind and body application
Coach Victoria gave us such an amazing experience 💪🏽 It was our very first Pilates Burn class, and we joined as a group of three ladies. She made the session feel so personal, almost like a 1:1 for each of us (she won’t be easy on you) The workout was intense yet enjoyable, and her energy kept us motivated throughout. Highly recommend her classes for anyone looking for a supportive and powerful first Pilates Burn experience! 💯💯💯💯
Worst studio ever i was 6 mins late and the one at the reception kept wasting my time and told me to attend next class and didnt allow me in until it was 10 mins late and she kept telling me to attend next class as if i need to follow her schedule. Their location is what caused my delay and they couldnt care less. I kept asking the receptionist to let me take to the manager owner or trainer and she kept saying thats not possible. However I went back the next day for my make up class the class with Victoria was a killer shes amazing but still receptionist ZERO no apology nothing 😊 now i believe that first impression is everything and i honestly wouldnt go back to a place where is felt disrespected.
Sonia is the best!!!! 🌟 She was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole experience amazing. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that we came all the way from Abu Dhabi and had even come the previous day, but when we arrived just one minute past the 5-minute grace period, unfortunately we weren’t allowed inside. I completely understand that policies are in place for a reason, but I hope there can be a little more flexibility in situations like this, especially for guests who have traveled a long distance
