I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. After the procedure, we faced complications, and no one followed up or cared to check on us. Despite repeated attempts, we couldn’t reach a doctor or get an appointment. The results were completely different from what we were told to expect, and Dr. Riham herself never responded. The level of care and communication was unacceptable.

The ad mentions free ultra sound, but the ad doesnt tel u that its for case study and for interns to test on u...miss information.wouldnt recommend any1 yo go der n waste ur time.its basically u have 5-9 pple testing on u..clearly asked the center if u 4d imagine is possible after 34 weeks and they said yes.but wen u go der u have men and women in d room.n its more like ur the rat specimen with every1 trying to test on u...save ur time n avoid it if its free especially..idk about paid..and i dont see anythg british about it.. The basic problem is wen u advertise and sum1 contacts u,u need to mention its free and ur just a case study..and no1 will explain anythg....and multiple pple will teat on u.its false ad thats advertise.u only get to know that u travelled all the way der to be a case study. Please dont do this to pregnant women or any other person who r already in pain n trouble and taking d effort coming all d way bcoz of the fake ad assuming its only them and the doctor and they can get information. Dont spread false and fake ads.make things cristal clear.

I visited British Day Clinic for a rhinoplasty consultation with Dr. Mitre Nejkov. During the visit, my friend and I decided to also do lip fillers and Botox. Dr. Mitre Nejkov recommended having these procedures performed at another clinic, stating that it would be cheaper. He then arranged to meet us the same day at Elive Beauty Spot Dermatology Clinic in Al Quoz. Upon arriving at Elive Beauty Spot, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the facility. The clinic appeared poorly maintained, not clean, and did not reflect a professional or hygienic environment. This made me feel very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of care being offered. I would not trust any procedures there.

Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional the whole experience was. I tried to book my appointment for hydra facial and IV drip many times kept getting delayed responses and excuses — one time I was told the manager wasn’t available at 4pm and another time that I had to wait from Thursday until Friday to confirm. After several follow-ups, the clinic and the team that help them with booking finally confirmed my booking for October 23 at 12 PM. I arrived on time on the 23rd. I met the dermatologist and waited for 30 minutes, then I was told that the hydrafacial machine was under maintenance and that my treatment couldn’t be done. No one bothered to inform me before I came. It’s frustrating because this appointment was confirmed days ago, and I had planned my day around it. The communication and coordination within the clinic is extremely poor. Confirming an appointment and then turning clients away is unacceptable.

AECS posted an ad on FB claiming to give free gynecology scan to be held on this clinc which was last saturday November 22 and when my friend came there she was used as a case study. the free service that is supposed to be given is that she will be use a subject demo for students or interns of ob gyne amd the worst part after they are done no one approaches her to say even thank you she was left on the room while everyone goes to take their lunch and everyone was gone. She was not even given copy of the scan because she was just used as a subject it was an ambush moment and she cant backed out at that moment. when she called me she was crying . The guy who booked and assisted her is name Yaseen Mirza who seems to organize this in this clinc as part pf CME training for doctors and organoze by All and Everywhere Conferences and Seminar. . I adviced her to file a complain.because she only realized later that the clinc was just used as the venue for its organizer AECE which sisnt tell her the purpose .
