I had a very disappointing experience at Boots Pharmacy in City Centre Mirdif. I came in because I had cold, flu, and a dry cough with phlegm and asked the pharmacist for advice on what medicine to take. While explaining my symptoms, I coughed and said that this was the kind of cough I was experiencing. The pharmacist name Anu recommended a medicine, which I bought. After that, I moved to another aisle to check something else. While I was still in the store, I overheard the pharmacist telling another person about my visit. She imitated the way I spoke and even copied my cough while laughing about it. When she noticed that I was still there and could hear everything, she suddenly stopped and looked surprised. As a customer seeking help for a health issue, this felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this because customers should be treated with respect, especially in a pharmacy.
Very rude Ethiopian staff I came at 6:45 on monday 8 September to purchase gifts as every year and she was assisting to help while I know what I want I took one product to read it and she came running to me telling to me that it’s not allowed to put it down and am obliged to to use the heavy basket such a bad attitude and lack of professionalism very bad service I will never step on any boots branch anymore
Very bad services, not even worth one star. There is no attention; all the focus is on marketing. They assume you know what you want and don’t need products, so they leave you and go to customers who are there for cosmetics. I'm in pain and standing there needing painkillers, but you left me and went after another customer. The cameras are there if anyone doubts me. I left the pharmacy and went to the assistant at the neighboring store, who gave me the painkiller and even a cup of water.
