Today I go there and wanted to buy some . 2 staff are busy and one is arranging. I called the one staff that who's arranged tge stuff she didn't come to me stay busy with her stuff. Later , I call her again and she going to the other customer!!! Boots , pls teach your staff how to give customer service and not to show attitude to the customer. Very disappointed . I go lower ground and buy from Life's pharmacy . They treat me nicely , give the customer service properly. I will never ever buy from your store 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻
Entered to buy dental hygiene products. Two female members of staff were so busy chatting away that they did not even notice us. And even when they did, neither had the decency to make eye contact or ask us if they could help. We walked out and got what we needed from Waitrose. Time of visit 15:45 6 June.
