Maricel and kanchan were very helpful and gave me good deals on discounted products and explained everything very well.
Every time Festival city boots pharmacy has sale buy one get one free or buy 2 get 2 free .. most of the products are out of stock and the one least or worst from there own line of boots is stocked up… they use to have good products and offers ..
Worst customer service from Ibrahim hegazi, not attentive what customer asking..when u ask nicely he gave you a rude answer..gossiping while attending the customer isn’t good,I’ve never come again to this pharmacy!!! Cost of items is doesn’t matter but should be give a clear information and listen carefully what customer asking!!! Hope is not gonna happen to the other customer coz this is pharmacy not a clothing shop!!!
