My favourite branch. I always restock my favourites easily and they sometimes have better offers than the app even. And a sweet guy named Ben always helps me around. I once mistakenly bought 3 wrong items online and he helped me exchange them easily in the branch, and helps me track out of stock items. (Their Curl Cream is an underrated gem btw. Beats a lot of brands)
Bibek is good customer services and he is very kind person I ever met

Very helpful staff. Filipino pharmacist was very knowledgeable. She recommended me medicine and vitamins for my cold and flu which i got better after few days. She was very caring when talking, and really knows everything about the items in store.
Not happy with the behavior of the sales assistance. I ask for a certain product and this filipino lady gave an attitude when the product i took was put above where it was supposed to be. i let it slide despite the sassiness remarks because i just want to get the thing i purchased. lo and behold, the vashier told me its buy 2 take 2. she insist that she told me about it with rolling of eyes. this is not the first time and she always have an unpleasant vibe everytime. She should be trained to understand what is customer service. She looks like she is not happy with her work.
