Recent customer reviews consistently describe rude/unprofessional behaviour and stock problems, pulling down patient experience and perceived clinical quality; the website shows convenient hours, delivery and a broad product range which supports access and utility but does not supply clinical credentials or evidence of quality, so the overall score is below average.

I came because my lips had an allergic reaction from a lip balm, and the pharmacist and cashier were laughing and giving me dirty looks as if I did something wrong!!! That made me completely uncomfortable and mad. This isn't acceptable at all by any form and very unprofessional!!

I came on last Thursday with a prescription after my daughter had a nail biopsy at Dermed. My daughter was so in pain and I politely approached the pharmacist with a greet and gave her my prescription not even claiming it through my insurance as it’s not acceptable. I asked the pharmacist twice to make sure it’s an oitment first she said yes then I asked again without realizing that I asked her as I saw the whole procedure of nail puncher, her reply was the rudest ever she said this is my job and I know the medicine! I told her the box was flipped on another language or else I wouldn’t ask you! I told her you can keep your medicine in your store if you can’t reply nicely to a loyal customer of Boots! I think the pharmacist need to know how to answer and be more polite with patients. I even told her this is the last time that I will enter this store in wafi! Her name is Privkija or similar. Kindly investigate about it as it is not appropriate for such good pharmacy with variety of products to have such pharmacist.

yesterday 1/sept i went at evening to the store to pick up some items ! While i was busy trying to pay my bill the pharmacist reached my baby 8 months old from my back and jumpscared him he was crying ..I paid and left but i still cant swallow what happned , cause babies are so senstive and person should not reach other ppl babies without thiere perents permission regardless thiere good intentions! Cause babies are not pets To entertain strangers .. Cause sorry is not enough after you made baby cry ! And mother disturbed ! If its ok in your culter its not in others .. Have some professionalism

They are facing one of the busiest dermatology clinics in dubai that I have been visiting regularly for a duration of 4 years I can’t remember 1 single time without any exaggeration finding all medication prescribed there not even 1 single time in a duration of 4 years ! I always needed to go to the other pharmacy in the other side of the mall

I had the most terrible experience at boots deira city centre when a promoter of a certain brand caused a serious argument between me and another customer. The promoter was actually encouraging the argument to continue and was literally adding her own perspective in order to make the other customer angrier. When I asked her to calm the situation, seen as she was the only witness, she turned to the other customer and encouraged her to keep the argument going and actually lied. The other customer was so angry by then that she started body shaming me and the promoter just added fuel to the fire with her constant lying. I have been a customer for many years, since the opening of that branch, but cannot go there anymore because of the embarrassment she caused.
