Today I entered to my favorite pharmacy to buy makeup product that I always buy, I already new what I needed as it’s not my first experience with this shop. First I was greeted by male stuff and I informed that I’m checking makeup products. Later, after few minutes a lady stuff from Philippine decent looked at me and said “hi”, and I answered “hi, I already know what I want, thank you “. To which she answered that she never offered help either. I bought a product I came for as I planned but my experience was ruined. I told the lady that she doesn’t have to be rude and left immediately as I was in a rush. If that is the service you stand for, I don’t recommend anyone to ever buy anything from you, problem is not in products but in stuff.
